Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 June 2026

These terms govern your use of Brytic (“Brytic”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so on the company’s behalf, and “you” refers to that company.

1. The service

Brytic is an AI visibility monitoring platform. We send your prompts to third-party AI engines (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, and Grok), parse the responses, and surface the resulting metrics, citations, and recommendations to you in a dashboard. Brytic is provided as a hosted service and is updated continuously.

What Brytic does:

  • Sends your prompts to selected AI engines and records the responses they return.
  • Detects and counts mentions of your brand, your competitors, and the citations the engines surface.
  • Aggregates the responses into visibility, sentiment, and position metrics over time.
  • Audits pages on a website you own and produces optimisation suggestions intended to make the page a stronger citation target.
  • Suggests prompts to help you measure how AI engines talk about a topic that matters to you.

What Brytic does not do:

  • Promote, push, or influence how AI engines mention your brand. We measure; the engines decide.
  • Provide strategic advice, content production, public relations, or changes to your business or marketing model.
  • Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any prompt you write or that we suggest.
  • Analyse the data we collect beyond the functionality described above.

The AI engines we integrate with change frequently and are outside our control. We reserve the right to add, remove, or change the list of engines we support, and to modify or replace the data partners that power our scans. We will notify you of material changes in a timely way.

2. Account eligibility

You must be at least sixteen years old to use Brytic. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Track a brand you do not own, represent, or have permission to monitor.
  • Use Brytic to violate the terms of an AI engine we integrate with or to attempt to extract their underlying models.
  • Send prompts that include unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise attempt to access non-public parts of the service.
  • Use Brytic to send unsolicited communications or to harass any person.
  • Bypass plan limits, rate limits, or other technical restrictions.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the brand information, prompts, audits, and notes you put into Brytic (your “Content”). You grant Brytic a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, transmit, and display your Content solely to provide and improve the service. We do not use your Content to train AI models.

5. Third-party AI output and no guaranteed results

Brytic surfaces responses produced by third-party AI engines. We do not generate those responses and we cannot guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. You are responsible for how you act on AI output, including any recommendations or suggested actions Brytic presents.

We do not warrant or guarantee that your visibility scores will improve, that any AI engine will mention you, your products, or your brand in any particular way, that any recommendation will produce a specific business outcome, or that the quality of any output will meet your expectations. The quality and accuracy of what Brytic returns depend heavily on the prompts and inputs you provide, on the AI engines we query at the time, and on factors outside our control. Any forward-looking statement in our marketing materials, dashboards, or recommendations is informational only and is not a promise of any particular result.

6. Plans, billing, and changes

Brytic offers Starter, Growth, and Enterprise plans. The plan you select determines limits on prompts, scans, locations, and integrations. Paid subscriptions auto-renew for the term you signed up to until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period unless required by law. We may change plan features or prices on at least thirty days’ notice; if you do not want to accept a price change, you can cancel before it takes effect.

7. Cancellation and deletion

You can cancel a plan or delete a brand at any time from within the dashboard. Archived brands stay recoverable until you choose to permanently delete them, which removes all associated data and is irreversible. If you delete your entire Brytic account, your personal information is purged according to the schedule described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Service availability

We work hard to keep Brytic running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages (especially of the AI engines we integrate with), and unforeseen events can cause downtime or delayed scans. Brytic is provided “as is” and “as available”.

9. Intellectual property

The Brytic name, logo, software, and content (other than your Content) belong to us and our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you. The shadcn, Tailwind, and other open-source components used in Brytic remain under their respective licences.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brytic disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that visibility scores will improve, that recommendations will produce a specific business outcome, or that AI engines will mention you in any particular way.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brytic’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Brytic against third-party claims arising from your Content, your use of the service in violation of these terms, or your violation of applicable law.

13. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will notify you by email or in-app banner at least fifteen days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of Brytic after that date constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Brytic is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
