What is a prompt?

A prompt is a tracked query — a real question your customers ask an AI assistant, like “best CRM for small teams.” Brytic runs each prompt across the AI engines on your plan, on your plan's cadence, and measures whether and how your brand shows up in the answer.

How is pricing calculated?

Plans are priced by how much you track: the number of prompts, AI engines, brand workspaces, and how often we refresh (weekly or daily). Enterprise is priced to your exact usage — talk to sales for a tailored quote.

Can I track multiple brands on one plan?

Starter includes one brand workspace, Growth includes three, and Enterprise is custom. Each workspace has its own prompts, competitors, markets, and reporting.

What happens if I reach my plan limits?

We'll flag it as you approach a limit — nothing breaks. You can upgrade at any time, or talk to us about an Enterprise plan sized to exactly what you need.

Can I add more users?

Yes. Every plan includes unlimited seats, so your whole team can view dashboards and reports at no extra cost.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing saves roughly two months compared with paying monthly. Toggle “Annual” at the top of the page to see the effective monthly price.
