Refund Policy
Last updated: 17 August 2026
Brytic is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with Brytic for any reason, email hello@brytic.com within 30 days of a charge and we will refund it in full. No questions asked.
1. Every charge is covered
Each payment you make to Brytic starts its own 30-day window. That includes your first payment and every renewal after it. You do not need to have been a new customer, and you do not need to give us a reason.
If you are on an annual plan, the annual charge is refundable in full within 30 days of that charge, in the same way a monthly charge is.
2. Free trials
Trials are free and we do not ask for a card to start one, so there is nothing to refund while you are on a trial. Your 30-day window begins on your first payment.
3. How to request a refund
Email hello@brytic.com from the address on your Brytic account, or tell us which account the charge relates to. That is all we need — you do not have to explain your decision or complete a form.
We reply to refund requests within one business day. Refunds are returned to the payment method used for the original charge. Once we process a refund it can take a few more business days for your bank or card issuer to post it to your statement, which is outside our control.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so your payment appears on your statement as Paddle rather than Brytic and refunds are issued through them. Emailing us is still the fastest way to start one.
4. Cancelling and refunding are different things
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from within the dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Asking for a refund is separate: it returns the money for a charge and ends your access to the paid plan. If you want both, just email us and we will handle the cancellation at the same time.
5. After a refund
When we refund a charge, your paid plan ends. Refunding does not delete anything by itself — your brands, prompts, and scan history stay in your account. You can archive a brand or permanently delete it yourself from the dashboard at any time, and deleting your Brytic account purges your personal information on the schedule described in our Privacy Policy.
